Central Florida Summer League Mingles
Open to All Shufflers - Entry fee = $5.00
Registration closes at 9:00 A.M. Thursdays
All players agree to play 6 games of 16 frames.
Good sportsmanship should be maintained at all times.

Method of Play:
Sign in on your respective chart. There are two divisions - Pro with State Am; and District Am. State Ams may be assigned by the Tournament Manager to the Dist Am Division to balance the divisions.

Players draw to determine their color and the court to be used. No exchanges allowed. Drawing the same partner and/or court is possible.

Set-Up is two blocs for speed followed by 4 blocs for setup. Play 8 frames, Change color and carry your score forward. Continue to play the 8 additional frames with 4 blocs for setup (No speed shots).

When you win, record your score on the win/loss chart opposite your name and record the court number that you played on. The maximum score allowed is 100 points.

If calls are needed, up to 3 by other players.

If byes are required the player will receive a win, mark a “B” on the win/loss chart and record 70 points. Only one bye will be permitted until all other players in their division have received a bye.

If a walking court is required, each player should walk only one time until all other players have had to walk. The game will consist of 12 frames - 6 frames then change color similar to above for 16 frames. The winner will record 70 points and the court number on the win/loss chart.

Prize Money:
No Tournament Director fees. Host Club receives $1.00 per player, remainder is prize money.

Winners are determined by total number of games won, then by the accumulated score of the games. When there are 12 or more players in a division there will be six (6) winners. When less than 12 players in a division, there will be four (4) winners .

Percentage split will be 34/28/22/16 for four winners and 23.4/20.7/18/15.3/12.6/10 for six winners.

Tournament Manager:
The tournament manager and assistant(s) will be assigned by the Host Club. The tournament manager will conduct the opening ceremony and make any necessary decisions: i.e. sickness, complaints, and balancing divisions. The tournament manager's word is final.

Additional:
Players should bring their lunch and take a lunch break after the 4th game. If the Host Club normally waxes disks, then all discs should be waxed after the 4th game, and also waxed after the final game, otherwise whatever the Host Club's custom.

A 50/50 draw may be held with 50% to winner and 50% to club.

If game ends in a tie, the game is continued in regular rotation until all players have had their hammer and the game ends with one team in the lead. The score at the end of the regular game, however, is the score that is recorded on the win/loss sheet - not to exceed the 100 point cap.
